Refund policy
At Got Me Sip'n, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged. Please be advised that air bubbles within the cup -which can occur as a natural result in the shipping and handling process- are not grounds for replacement.
In the rare event that your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence of the damage. We will guide you through the process to resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.
Please note that all sales are final for custom or made-to-order items. We highly encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
All orders are consider custom unless sold premade, ready to ship.
Shipping policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-10 business days. During peak gifting periods such as Valentines/Christmas seasons...etc. Processing times may extend past 10+ business days due to high demand or potential delays.
Please note that once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for the items and any further delays caused by the carrier.
